You should not waste time even for a single moment. A moment is God. Time is God. There are so many Psalms in the Bible but even if you sing the whole day you will never get calmness. Calmness is Godliness. That Godliness is remaining in every human being. The Father is inhaling. From where is He inhaling? He is inhaling from the top. So if you remain there, then you will be gentle.

You have all come here for Godhood - you have brought Hariharananda here for Godhood. If you have to talk, do so from the fontanel. If you talk from the top, you cannot quarrel, cannot fight, cannot become envious of each other. You will see each other with sweet eyes, not with harsh condemnation.

Everyone is one and remains within Him. He is remaining within every human being. The Father is within you, and you are within the Father. So do not look upon each other with envy, nor with suspicion and you will gain calmness. If I sing a song, your ear will hear divine talk. You have not come here to fight each other. We must see each other with our spiritual eye. You are all God. If you will not search for God within you, then you cannot search for God within others. You can only obtain the calmness if you remain on the top. As long you live you should feel the presence of God within you.

You should control your thoughts: do not let any negatives come from the mouth. Nor any negatives from the eye. Nor any negatives when driving in the car. It is written in the Bible that there should be no harsh talk: it is not allowed. This is an ashram. When you enter the room, or the building, you will feel that you are getting change. You will know that you are God in a human being. The Father is inhaling in you all. You should keep your attention here in the fontanel.

Oh Lord, we are living together, we share everything, we reach from hand to hand and work for the organization. If you all do not help, you cannot maintain Hariharananda and then he cannot stay. Lord, we are united. Jesus said that if you are united then you can spread Christianity. You are Hariharananda. See that you are Hariharananda! See and be! When you see me, then you will be Hariharananda. You are not you. We will never make any enmity among us, no anger.

So how can you be holy? The authentic Kriya Yoga technique is like putting on the switch and the whole room is illuminated in bright light. It is the royal way to God. You follow the breath straight in from the nostrils, then watch it turn at a right angle, straight to the Father in the fontanel. Fix your attention. Practice the short breath. Go to the top, watch the pendulum of divine vibration moving on the top because it is where it is hung from. I am talking from this place. It is moving, you can talk from here. Who is moving? Jesus even in the blood-circulation. If He doesn't inhale we are finished. Watch with love the sound, light and movement sensation.
