A Message

My Affectionate and Divine Souls,

I am writing this on the occasion of my 92nd birthday. A birthday is a special day when the guru is thinking of all the disciples and the disciples are thinking of the guru. Inhalation is our birthday and exhalation when we expire. So, this is birth and death. Everyone is saying that there is no birth and no death. But, every inhalation is your newborn stage and you are getting a new life. And every exhalation is your death day.

There are ten stages of human life:

1. From the birthday to 2 years old is babyhood.
2. From 2 to 5 years old is when the body learns to move and walk. In this stage people learn everything about being human.
3. From 6 to 13 years old is a very wonderful time, pure and perfect.
4. After 13, the youthful stage is coming for the female. Males get the sex mood. Boys and girls get most of their education during this period.
5. Higher education, college , is another stage of life.
6. Then many people go to work in their new life, leaving the home to earn money or perform service. There are many ways to earn money.
7. Many get the youthful stage and then they marry. This is also a another life, a new life. Married life is going on with an extreme sex mood in the beginning, but the moment the woman becomes pregnant, the life of the man and woman is changed.
8. Having children is another new life. In this way, up to the age of 45, one type of life is continuing with the purpose to evolve, bring up and educate the children.
9. From the age of 45 onward men and women become more spiritual, the youthful stage diminishes and people reach maturity and experience the depth of life. Their spiritual life increases.
10. From 50 to 100 years old, people primarily lead a spiritual life. In India at the age of 50, many people shun their family and try to have a very spiritual life, ashram life, monk life, brahmacharya life. Their mind is on God and the ashram after 50. But mostly, people remain in the family because there are fifty types of breath for the human being. Forty-nine types of breath give delusion, illusion and error. It is why many still remain in the family life which can be extremely troublesome. But, there is another breath, a very short breath (one count inhalation and one count exhalation). This breath gives spirituality, advancement, perfection, purity, generosity, and divinity. Also, it gives liberation.

So, these are the ten stages of life. But, in every stage, God is inhaling. This is a scientific age. In this scientific age, people should think that at any time death may occur. At any time. This is why almost all educated people try to get soul culture. How does one get soul culture? For this there are unlimited religions, traditions, cults and sects. But, almost all religions are searching for God through the five sense organs.

Only those who are disciples of Lahiri Baba, Shriyukteshwarji, Sanyal Mahasaya, Swami Hariharananda Giri and his authentic disciples are searching for God in the fontanel. They are teaching breath control is Self-control; breath mastery is Self-mastery. They are teaching that breath is your life. Only by breath control do we get Self-control. Only by breath mastery do we get Self-mastery. The breathlessness stage will give you immortality.

We teach all of this in Kriya Yoga. Here we purify the body of the human being, with some divine power, and within 10-15 minutes the body abode is purified. Then all human beings will feel the living presence of God in the whole body and in the entire world. Also, they will see the divine light, first in the fontanel and then everywhere in the universe. By practicing this they can get the samadhi stage. It is a rare opportunity for you and all persons who take the authentic Kriya Yoga technique from a realized master. The gurus birthday will give the reality to the disciples and to the guru.
