Baba Hariharananda's Aphorisms

My brother is a very funny man. He doesn't know palmistry but he took my palm, saying that he wanted to see what my palm revealed. "Oh," he exclaimed, "You are a very nice man. You have unlimited children and you love them very deeply and they love you." I know my all children, I love them, they love me. I do not forget my children. Is it not?

Today is a golden day, a special day. I did not find the photo of four gurus and Jesus here, so I bowed to everybody and looked at everybody, the living power of God, more powerful than the photos of the four Gurus. The living power of God. Is it not? God is pulling breath, not through the photos, but the living photos. We are the power of God, but we do not feel it.

Now you have come to the teacher, so all students should be very careful and attentive. Do not be restless. Give attention to the teacher otherwise the teacher will say you are not listening. So you all are now alert for your extreme education. What is extreme education? To know thy own Self, this is extreme education and wealth. The thief can steal wealth. The relative can divide it. But the thief cannot take out, snatch, or steal the divine wealth. The relative cannot snatch and divide spiritual wealth. If you distribute your wealth, it may take one day to distribute your entire fortune even if you are a millionaire. You give away the money. Tell the millionaire to give all his money to my hand. Within a short period I can distribute the money in its entirety. Is it not? The money that I am distributing is spiritual money, wealth that is entering in your brain. That spiritual wealth cannot be robbed by anybody. Soul culture is a precious wealth. If you know thy Self, then your Self will give you everything.

If you also speak about the truth to your friends, they will also be happy that you are a spiritual person.

Anytime you milk the cow, you will get milk. Similarly, if you are realized, if you know thy own Self, if you desire, you will get everything. At anytime, God will give to you. If you love God, God gives you everything. This is spiritual education, wealth. Ultimately it will give you Truth, results.

As the mother protects her children, similarly if you are realized, if you go to the foreign country, your education, your spiritual wealth, will save you like a mother.

If you know thy own Self, it is a precious wealth to you and all the time you will get the blessings of God and you will be transformed: ignorance to light, dishonesty to honesty, bad quality to good quality, impurity to purity, imperfection to perfection.

So now you will try to follow the teacher. All students, those who are going to the school or college, they have desire to come out successfully in the examination. Is it not? Until you have the deepest desire to come out successfully in the examination you cannot come out successfully. Nor will you succeed if you do not practice, and do not prepare your homework.

But many pupils do not follow the teacher; they gossip with their friends and maintain the extrovert stage. They do not prepare the lesson nicely. So at the end of the year, they get negative results even if they have the desire to come out successfully in the examination. Every student, when they take admission to the college, has the potential to pass the examination.

Heredity, environment, and culture will give you evolution. You all have heredity; you are the power of God. Without God, you have nothing. If He doesn't pull your breath, you are a dead body.

So, all the educated people, rich people, millionaires, they are always absorbed in matter and memory and are maintaining vanity. They are far off from truth. They believe that what they are doing is good, but they are getting no peace. They are always getting frustration, unpleasantness, illness, restlessness, and they have deviated from the truth. They are not rich, not educated, and they are not scientific.

If you meditate and practice this Kriya Yoga technique, which is essential to all religions, along with all your worldly duties, then you can get humbleness, purity, perfection and through your every work (Kri) you will feel Ya: the indwelling self, who loves you very much. He is the sole doer.

Now I am telling you, "prepare your field." Go to the teacher. Who is the teacher? Your indwelling Self, Jesus, who is abiding inside the cross. The Father has entered from the fontanel and the Son is remaining there (in the pituitary). Babies have the softest place on the fontanel. So, there is one Father who is hidden, hiding in every human being. Hiding Himself!

He is there, but you are not feeling that He is there. You think He is very far off, that He is in heaven. Jesus said, your divine kingdom is within you; your heaven is within you, inside the cranium. Your paradise is here, your hidden garden is here, and your heaven is here. So, now you go to heaven, watch the Son of God.

With feeble breath, see how He is pulling the breath. It is why your blood is your blood, but your blood is not your blood. It is the blood of Jesus. In every church they teach that very lesson. Is it not? Your flesh is the flesh of Jesus; your blood is the blood of Jesus. So, if the indwelling Self does not pull your breath, you have no blood, no flesh and you are a dead body.

Watch from where he is pulling breath and how he is hiding himself. Go deeper into it, in the soul, this head, your skull. Enter into it. Sit like a mosquito here (at the center of sahasrara). Have you seen mosquitoes? The mosquito touches and pricks with its needle. So you sit there like that.

That man, there in the front, he is keeping his eyes closed. He doesn't want to see my ugly face and bushy beard. When Hariharananda goes, then He will open his eyes. But the more you will see, the more you will be. Seeing means being.

So go there and sit. Your eyes are not seeing from this eye. A dead man has eyes but the dead man cannot see. The seer is He. Go there. And you are there; you have gone there. Take a feeble breath and see the sound. Church bell sound. Gong, Gong, Gong, Gong.

If you watch calmly, you will see the moving sensation of the cross. It is a rare opportunity. Now you all are calm and you are getting transformation.

Thou are that, tat twam asi. (Chhandogya Upanishad). You are fortunate. If you watch calmly then the field is moving. The power of God is pulling breath and you are calmly watching him. Then you will feel the moving sensation. You are alive; this is the evidence.

The power of God is pulling breath so you are getting knowledge, consciousness, super consciousness, cosmic consciousness and rivers: mind, thought, intellect, ego, laziness, ignorance, anger, pride, cruelty, and insincerity. Just rivers.

If you go up, you can change, you can transform. Remain there and then see the movement sensation. Without technique you cannot get more movement, that is the first technique. In the scripture it is written, if you want to cool down your restlessness, then you take deep, long breath. Oxygen is the nutrition of your brain and of your whole body. So, take deep, long breaths. You are not doing. The living power of God is here.

Hear sound, inhale and bow seven times and magnetize your spine. Then you can purify each of your centers. In any center you will get divine fire: the fire will burn all your negativity. When negativity comes, you will get positive. You can change. Sound will purify you.

Rang - Rang - Rang - Rang - Rang

God - God - God ------ Satyamaya loka

You have seven centers: bhuloka, bhuvaloka, swaloka, mahaloka, janaloka, tapaloka, satyaloka. At the bottom is bhuloka and on the top satyaloka - truth satyaprana, satyagni, satyahomar. There are seven lights, seven fires. It is the power of God, the name of God - brahmagni. (God addressed as Fire). Our Father of all religions, He is remaining on top with the Fire.

Satyahomar, seven objects of matter, you are working, you are getting money. You are enjoying your girlfriend. It is matter. When you eat food, love Him. Calmly shut your eyes - you are not the body - it is moving above your head. God is coming down inside your brain and sound.

Hum..Hum..

In your whole face it is moving, sound, light, vibration. This is not your body. See that you are divine, you are made completely divine, completely changed. You are fortunate; you are not like ordinary people. So you proceed at airplane speed. It is moving on thy feet and sound. See what more you can earn, God is changing everyday. See your spiritual change.

If you don't meditate you can never get happiness. You will never be happy. You will get troubles after troubles, worries, and anxieties. Mediation is a must; it is your hidden treasure. God is meditating. Love Him.

Oh Lord, you are in my body; it is why my health is all right.

I am pure and perfect.

You are practicing mahamudra. You are your friend and you are your foe. See God as the doer and you are getting introvert stage. Sound, light, vibration. The more you love God, the more He will give you everything. Anger and pride will disappear. Your two nostrils will remain free. And if you don't meditate, you will remain wild. Now you are educated. You are offering everything to God. If He does not pull breath, your heart is not your heart, so offer it.

I am giving many thanks to You, Thank You, Lord.

You love me very deeply; I am giving a little love.

I am just a baby child giving a little love to the mother and mother is an ocean of love.

So you say, Lord I am a naughty child, be happy with a little love.

Hear sound. Gong. Gong. Church bell sound, conch shell sound, humming sound, buzzing sound, God sound. God. God. God. God. God. Chant and hear sound all around you. Now you are in heaven, your body is very tall, you are in the infinity, hear the sound in infinity. God is all pervading.

It is moving from heaven to the ground; you do not know where you are. You do not know where your body is. Thou are that. You are merged. Sugar is given in the tea and sugar is dissolved. So you all are melted and dissolved. This is your liberation stage. Now you are the words of the bible: "Be still and know you are God."

You are not still, or calm, but you are fortunate, because you are earning liberation. It is a rare opportunity.

Only the real mother can give love and is always keeping a keen eye. Similarly, the real spiritual teacher is careful.

Open your eyes and hear sound. Inside the brain the power of God is moving.

Prepare your field.

You will walk and stand at the crossroads and feel vibration on the toe, leg and body. Remain in the inner eye.

Restlessness and calmness are one. Be calmly restless, and then you will get divinity.

Thou art That. This is paravastha: God in human being - human being in God.
